Testing Lead/Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance
2. Develop, implement, and maintain testing strategies, plans, and procedures
3. Oversee both manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
4. Ensure thorough test coverage, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
5. Identify and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams
6. Conduct risk analysis to identify and address potential quality issues early in the development cycle
7. Mentor and train QA team members, promoting best practices in software testing
8. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless software development lifecycle
9. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
2. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
3. Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing frameworks
4. Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
5. Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar)
6. Experience with API testing, functional testing, performance testing, and security testing
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
8. Ability to work in an agile development environment
9. Excellent communication and leadership skills
10. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter)
11. Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation
12. Experience in testing ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications
13. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
