We are looking for the right individual to join our traffic engineering & transportation planning group. The candidate will be responsible for urban traffic design, engineering, and transport planning assignments, and will ensure quality project delivery in close coordination with the project manager, drafters & clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead in traffic design, modeling, simulation & public transportation planning projects
2. Contribute to international assignments as well as Indian public /private sector projects
3. Assist in business development activities, preparing technical proposals
4. Work on project management duties and team management
5. Engage in public meetings, prepare, and participate in client presentations
6. Solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions

Who can apply:

1. A bachelor's in civil engineering (from a tier 1 institute) or master's in traffic engineering/transport planning from a reputed institute
2. Project experience in geometric design of roads, junction design, and traffic signage plans
3. Demonstrable experience in using software like AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D & ArcGIS is mandatory
4. Experience in any simulation/modeling software like VISSIM, VISUM, or CUBE is an added advantage
5. Ability to work both as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as possessing the ability to work independently to solve problems
