About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on face to face & telephonic counseling of students who are looking for higher education and admission to various universities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand & Canada
2. Maintain a student database, ensure regular follow up on potential leads for students who are looking to enroll in our English language courses like IELTS training & spoken English training
3. Work on significant reading, self-studies, and online research to ensure the most accurate and updated information is shared with students

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

2. Should be approachable & customer friendly

4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, both written and spoken

5. Ability to counsel students and convert walk-ins/leads into admissions 

6. Ability to counsel students for English language courses

7. Should have a working knowledge of computers and MS Office 

8. Should be internet and social media savvy 

9. Ability to work in a target-driven and result-oriented environment 

10. Sales and marketing skills will be a distinct advantage

11. Experience in blogging and online counseling on education portals will be a distinct advantage

12. 6 – 12 months of experience in educational sales will be a distinct advantage

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
