Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the preparation of electrodes using nanocomposite battery materials
2. Develop & improve processes, including powder mixing, slurry mixing, slurry coating & calendaring
3. Work on the electrochemical characterization of battery electrodes with different materials and chemical formulations
4. Assemble and work on the electrochemical testing of coin cells and three-electrode system
5. Plan and execute experiments independently, improvise material performance and compare with the existing state of the art material
6. Manage the electrochemical mechanism of battery materials at electrode as well as cell level
7. Rectify and resolve the issue for better performance
8. Document results and communicate results across the team
9. Work independently and efficiently to meet deliverables within the timeline
