Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the deliverables are on time
2. Stay up to date with knowledge of HR
3. Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle (end-to-end recruitment)
4. Screen resumes and job application forms
5. Interview job candidates via calls and coordinate on-site interviews
6. Stay active on online job boards, social media networks, and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions

Requirements:

1. Looking for diverse candidates only
2. Any graduate with a diploma or degree in HR will be preferred
3. Should have good communication skills
4. Must possess good negotiation skills
