Key responsibilities:

1. Hosting live, in-person, and online sessions to clarify any confusion
2. Holding frequent counseling sessions where you walk them through the core concepts in great depth and provide step-by-step solutions
3. Dealing with DPPs (daily practice papers) assessing time and stress management, as well as determining the student's strengths and weaknesses
4. Analyzing and putting audio-visual tools to use to encourage active learning
5. Understanding the diverse learning styles of each student and adapting the lesson plan accordingly
6. Monitoring the progress of each student, attention to their requirements, and providing feedback, guidance that is specific to them, and counseling to speed the improvement of performance
7. Maintaining a secure and supportive learning environment assists students in staying engaged and committed to their objectives, which in turn helps them stay motivated to improve their performance
