1. Impart training to trainees (preschool teachers and Kreedo employees) in the following areas: Language concepts (including phonics), mathematics concepts, cognitive concepts and classroom management
2. Deliver training (both online and classroom/ILT)
3. Create learning props and engagement techniques for training
4. Travel to partner schools to conduct training implementation audits and assessments
5. Administer and review progress on assessments
6. Measure outcomes from training
7. Observe and identify trainees strengths and weaknesses
8. Collaborate with the subject matter experts and writers to create training curriculum, lesson plans, content, and assessments
9. Develop new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience
10. Schedule and organize training sessions
11. Research and recommend new learning methods
12. Adapt to new teaching modes (including and not limited to online live sessions)
13. Work on documentation software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice, online/virtual conferencing tools (Google Meet/Zoho Meeting/Zoom), online demonstrations/training/presentations
14. Work on presenting activities to teachers in a classroom and online set-ups
15. Work on creating presentations, learning props, and interactive activities as part of training
15. Work on observing and recording teacher tasks
Required:
1. Education: Bachelor s degree and above or diploma in early education or teacher training
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Occasional travel within the city and also to different cities
4. Strong presentation and analytical skills
5. Keen observational skills
