Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the implementation of key strategic learning initiatives and optimizing training processes for efficiency
2. Work closely with business partners to design & implement relevant interventions
3. Provide direct learning support to the business, identifying opportunities where learning is the right solution, assessing gaps in behavior, competency, skill, and knowledge
4. Provide learning solutions that are aligned with critical business priorities
5. Engage & communicate actively with all stakeholders for the successful roll-out of new learning initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

1. MBA/NISM certification (equity) would be an added benefit
2. Extensive experience in training & development (corporate background)
3. Applicants must have experience working in the financial industry
4. Should possess in-depth knowledge and know-how of capital markets
5. Excellent knowledge of capital markets as well as excellent communication skills
