Travel Consultant Fresher Job

We are looking for a witty personality with excellent communication skills with correct delivery of words and products. This profession involves training in geographical knowledge, itinerary building and customizing, tourism s scope, and how to sell travel packages. This is not just a job, this is a journey!

Key responsibilities:

1. Undertake the proceedings related to B2C and B2B sales of the company
2. Handle the social media only in context and relevance to consultancy and sales
3. Prepare custom itineraries as demanded by leads
4. Maintain a healthy and quality relationship with all the leads, and clients
5. Assist and resolve problems raised by travelers booked by the employee
6. Handle the chats over Instagram & WhatsApp, and calls as per the quality trained and required by the company
7. Represent a trustable face of Travaura to people interacting with the company
8. Understand the customer needs and work accordingly

Requirements:

1. Very fluent communication (English and Hindi)
2. Convincing skills
3. Typing skills
4. Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
5. Ability to learn about a variety of products (travel packages and destinations)
6. A patient individual to serve with hospitality
