Key responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and industry promotions
2. Plan and book travel itineraries for clients, including flights, hotels, rental cars, visas
3. Assist with travel documents and travel insurance
4. Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during a trip
5. Keep track of client preferences and booking repeat business
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends
7. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
