Travel Consultant Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training programs to travel consultants on different itineraries, destinations, and travel products
2. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises
3. Conduct training sessions in a lively and energetic manner, infusing humor and vibrancy to create a fun and enjoyable learning environment
4. Provide guidance and support to travel consultants, addressing their questions and concerns related to itineraries and travel products
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, travel regulations, and new travel destinations to enhance training content
6. Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews
8. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to travel consultants, assisting them in enhancing their knowledge and skills
9. Keep accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance improvement plans

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a trainer in the travel industry or a related field is preferred, freshers are acceptable
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
3. Energetic, humorous, vibrant, and jubilant personality that can create a positive and enjoyable learning environment
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and motivate trainees
5. Ability to adapt training techniques and materials to accommodate different learning styles and preferences
6. Updated knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and emerging destinations
7. Organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver training programs effectively
8. Patience and a genuine passion for teaching and developing others
9. Flexibility to travel to different locations, if required
10. A relevant certification or degree in travel and tourism or a related field would be an advantage but is not mandatory
