UI/UX Designer Fresher Job

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who has a passion for designing adaptive, creative, and beautiful experiences while staying up-to-date with best industry practices and emerging design trends in UI and UX design

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
2. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
3. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
4. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
5. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
6. Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
7. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
8. Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design

Skills & Requirements:

1. Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
2. A team player but can work independently too
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
5. Have an eye for detail
6. Should have a knowledge of basic HTML and CSS concepts
7. A strong understanding of graphic design best practices
