About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding: product specifications and user psychology
2. Creating - work with frontend developers to implement and optimize digital experiences, develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product works and look like
3. Integrating - user journeys and resulting wireframes with a focus on data, usability, intuition, responsiveness, and visual coherence
4. Developing - interaction and interface design of the website, LMS, and other promotional assets, such as reports, infographics, and other collateral
5. Communicating - develop technical and business requirements, act as a bridge between the business, engineering, and product team and always strive to deliver user-centered solutions ensuring that the users and the business goals are being met with the most adequate design outputs by rapid testing

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, product, or user experience designer, freshers are also welcome

Detail-oriented, critical thinker, problem solver, and customer-centered

Expertise in Adobe Design Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and other image-editing tools with certifications

Portfolio of design projects

Should be able to create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
