1. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
2. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
3. Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
4. Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
6. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
7. Collaborate effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams
8. Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience
9. Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
10. Define the right experience mapping, and interaction model and evaluate its success
11. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
12. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Key requirements :
1. You have prior experience as a UIUX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
2. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
3. You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc
4. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
5. You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
6. You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
7. You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
