UI/UX Designer Job

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX designer for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, widgets, etc. using various methods & latest technology.

Key responsibilities:

1. Produce stunning, user-friendly web/mobile interfaces.
2. Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
3. Take a human-centered design approach that balances business goals and constraints, and pragmatically delivers the best user experience possible
4. Produce concepts, user journeys, experience narratives and maps, and prototypes that explore a holistic user experience, communicate design thinking, explore, articulate, and address user needs

Skills & Requirements:

1. B.E/B. Tech (ECE/CSE/IT) & MCA
2. 2-8 years of experience
3. Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques
4. Demonstrable knowledge of some web/systems applications
5. Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
6. Prior experience in user interface design, and application design is a must
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Expert in visualizing dynamic & responsive frontend layouts
9. Expert in Photoshop & any Adobe tool with great RGB Color Sense
10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
11. A capability of juggling multiple projects
12. Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography
13. Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and debugging skills of web interfaces
14. Creative, talented, and knowledgeable designer
15. Candidate should have artful design sense and possess superior UI skills
