We re on the lookout for a talented UI/UX designer who can bring to life complex concepts in a creative, engaging manner. You will collaborate with different teams across the organization to conceptualize and craft illustrations, infographics, website design, UI/UX prototyping or any other material, as requested. Your projects will need to stay in sync with brand guidelines but you'll have complete creative freedom.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with internal partners to design and produce compelling UI/UX
2. Own and manage assigned projects
3. Keep partners informed of developments, deliver on deadlines, and check in with the mentor in case of bumps
4. Implement brand standards and help us find new ways to effectively communicate brand mission and values
5. Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements
Relevant experience working as a UI/UX designer or in a similar position preferred
High school diploma is mandatory
Bachelor’s in a relevant field is a plus
Familiarity with popular design tools like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Indesign, or CC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Portfolio showcasing an eye for detail
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹16,500 - 250,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
