1. Handling IT candidate requirements from US-based clients
2. Working on full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
3. Sourcing from job portals
4. Achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement
5. Working on the strategy development process, which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
6. Working on validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status
7. Hitting targets
Required:
1. Education Qualification - Minimum bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferred)
2. Experience Fresher, 1 to 2 years (preferred)
3. Excellent communication in English
4. Adaptable to any situation
5. Target achiever

7. Should be flexible with night shifts and targets
