US Healthcare Process Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to patients or insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims
2. Ensuring all patient and insurance information is accurate and up-to-date in the system
3. Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for patients
4. Identifying and resolving any claim rejections or denials
5. Documenting all calls and actions taken in the system
6. Meeting daily or weekly targets for the number of calls made and claims resolved
7. Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve complex issues
8. Participating in training programs and meetings to improve knowledge and skills
9. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and company policies
10. Performing other duties as assigned
11. Supporting management in other areas of the revenue cycle as needed

Requirements: Qualification: MBA - any stream.
