1. Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates
2. Work on full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
3. Self-screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing
4. Regularly interact and follow up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner
5. Create a vast network of prime vendor contacts, account manager contacts, and client hiring manager contacts
6. Manage the complete cycle of bench sales
7. Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities
8. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization
Requirements:
1. Excellent knowledge of job portal searches like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Technical knowledge and awareness of the leading technologies will be an added advantage
3. The candidate should have experience in tax terms: C2C, W2, and 1099
4. Should be aware of the process of recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiating salary, and closing
5. Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work with limited supervision
7. The ideal candidate would possess high energy, and be highly motivated and self-directed
8. Strong team player and a leader with a positive mindset to drive results from the team
9. Good command of verbal and written communication skills, energetic, passionate about recruitment, and efficient at work
10. B.E, B.Tech, MBA (non-CS/IT branches)
