1. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US client's requirements
2. Regularly interact with the account manager to understand the requirements
3. Understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
4. Ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition
5. Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals
Requirements:
1. Sound knowledge of the IT industry
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
3. Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
4. Experience in tax terms, negotiations, and building relationships
5. Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, and maintaining and building the candidate database
6. Excellent communication skills and well-versed with all kinds of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C)
7. If working with implementation partners such as Insight Global, Apex systems, TEKsystems, Experis, Modis, HCL, Hexaware, and Cognizant, then it is a big plus
8. Freshers or at least 1 year of experience as a technical recruiter in US IT staffing
9. Should have working experience with US clients/vendors
10. Must have experience in the full life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and interviews, closing of candidates, and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
