US IT Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on understanding the US hiring process
2. Work with direct clients and third-party vendors/implementation partners
3. Understand visa classification, terms, rules & policies H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN visas
4. Understand visa classifications, H1 transfers, and different employment types like w2, Corp to Corp, and 1099
5. Work on job portals like Dice, Monster, and Indeed & social media platforms
