1. Working with client requirements
2. Updating and maintaining the ATS for future requirements, generating daily reports, and updating them
3. Building and managing candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools for our most critical roles
4. Managing the full lifecycle of recruiting for your positions (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers)
5. Working on contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions
6. Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements
Who can apply:
1. Strong understanding of technical requirements, deep sourcing skills, and excellent candidate assessment skills
2. Experience using job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
3. Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings
