Key responsibilities:

1. Source track the resumes from DICE, Monster, Desiopt & Internal Database
2. Recruiting F1 OPT, H4 EAD, USC, and green card and consultants getting them for training

Skills required:

1. Good communication and writing skills
2. Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Google Suite (G Suite) Kannada MS-Office

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Learn Human Resource Management

Other requirements

Graduates with good English communication (spoken and written)

Willing to work in Night Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 PM)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
