About the job
As a growth marketing agency, we build aesthetically pleasing yet high-converting landing pages, funnels & websites with an obsessive focus on the conversion side of things.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct deep research on projects from a UX/UI point of view
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows & sitemaps
3. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the pages will look like
4. Create Hi-fidelity final designs of the pages
5. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
6. Create brand guidelines & adhere to style standards on fonts, colors & images

Who can apply

1. You have prior experience as a UI/UX designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects

2. You are proficient in prototyping tools - mainly Figma (others are okay too but Figma will be preferred)

3. You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

4. You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

5. You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

6. You are action-oriented

7. You like research & documentation

8. You are obsessed with things being done on time

9. You are not shy to take bold decisions

10. You do not ask for too many instructions or permissions(once aligned on a common mission, you take ownership & get things done)

11. You thrive in challenging environments (rather, look forward to it)

12. Extra points if you have a background in marketing

13. Extra points if you are not looking for a quick buck or a cozy job

14. Extra points if you like reading/understanding consumer psychology, design & marketing principles

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA (All fixed)
