Vendor Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reviewing new vendors and their products
2. Negotiating product pricing and contracts with vendors
3. Communicating product-related issues and concerns to vendors
4. Researching new vendors in the market
5. Communicating vendor responsibilities and obligations
6. Acting as an intermediary between vendors and stakeholders
7. Coordinating all vendor management activities and processes
8. Handling commission collection
9. Handling accounts management
10. Troubleshooting any vendor issues
11. Suggesting vendor management processes, policies, and methods
12. Updating, renewing, and canceling vendor contracts whenever needed
13. Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation
14. Updating contract terms of existing vendors
15. Designing business guidelines for vendors
16. Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies
17. Altering external contract terms and conditions to suit current industry developments

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience working as a vendor manager
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
5. Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
7. Ability to travel for work
8. Should have a valid driver's license
9. Ability to multitask effectively
