About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor incoming video events for suspicious activity and notify the appropriate party accordingly
2. Make a determination regarding the presence of people and/or vehicles & then route actionable events accordingly
3. Work with computer alarm automation software to efficiently handle video events
4. Choose correct event outcomes for non-actionable events
5. Assist the company any time there is a natural disaster or other types of an emergency impacting the delivery of services

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities

2. Should be a graduate with great listening, retention, probing, and influencing skills

3. Should be willing to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment including overnight,

4. weekends and public holidays

5. Must be a PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel

6. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

7. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

8. Should be able to maintain social, ethical, and organizational norms

9. Should be able to achieve the accomplishment of all task details, no matter how small

10. Should be able to maintain good personal motivation, and develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results

11. Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.01 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
