About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Shooting in-house content with the team, artisans, and models
2. Planning collection shoots and monthly content according to the marketing plan
3. Coordinating with the production team, talents, and models/agency for collection shoots
4. Reaching out to upcoming talents and models for collaborations.
5. Editing photos and videos using various software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
6. Editing and adjusting images and videos to enhance visual appeal, including color correction, cropping, and resizing
7. Adding special effects, text, and graphics to photos and videos as per the requirements
8. Ensuring the final output meets the quality standards and specifications of the campaign as per Aroka standards
9. Maintaining a library of content created and received from stylists, magazines, and customers
10. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo and video editing

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Capture One, and Indesign
2. Knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography
3. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
4. Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines
6. A portfolio showcasing their previous work in photo and video editing
7. It would be great if the candidate had a background in fashion communication or a similar field

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
