Virtual Internship Operations Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end execution of the Virtual Internship Program from onboarding through final evaluations
2. Ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints
3. Guide interns throughout their journey, providing regular mentorship, feedback, and encouragement
4. Ensure learning outcomes and project milestones are consistently met
5. Plan and host virtual training sessions to keep interns informed, inspired, and connected
6. Work with internal teams to curate impactful content for intern development
7. Collect intern feedback regularly to refine and improve the program
8. Monitor progress through assessments and mentor inputs, sharing detailed performance reports with leadership
9. Handle logistics like scheduling, documentation, and program communications
10. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, expectations, and updates
11. Partner with the Team Lead and other departments to align the internship program with IIDE's growth goals and standards

Requirements:

1. Experience in managing virtual programs, internships, or learning initiatives
2. Strong mentorship and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for talent development
3. Excellent communication both verbal and written, especially in virtual formats
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
5. Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms for project and communication management
6. Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
