2. Working on risk profiling of investors and then building financial plans accordingly
3. Increasing the AUM book by 20% in a year
4. Working on the acquisition of new investors through referrals and lead-generation campaigns
5. Handling servicing and cross-selling of various funds, retention of money through fund house views, and knowledge update on the market
6. Segmenting the investors based on their age, geography, etc., and recommending the products based on their risk appetite
7. Achieving productivity targets on a monthly and YTD basis
8. Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world-class service experience for customers
9. Enhancing knowledge through market news, outlook, and other online and offline knowledge resources
10. Anticipating, understanding, and addressing the changing needs of customers
Requirements:
1. Good voice modulation and communication skills
2. Graduates or postgraduates
3. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience or more in banking, insurance, broking, NBFCs, AMC, securities
4. Good communication skills and good voice modulation (preferred)
