Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
2. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and government agencies to facilitate visa processing.
3. Conduct interviews with applicants to gather additional information or clarify documentation.
4. Assess eligibility and make informed decisions on visa approvals or rejections.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
6. Manage and track application pipelines, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
7. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, or internal teams regarding application status.
8. Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain organized records.

Work environment:

1. Office setting, potentially with international travel.
2. Collaborative team environment.
