We're looking for team members who are friendly and love seeing people have fun. Work in a young, fun & exciting environment. Interact with both players and non-players in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a very high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Stay alert at all times, pay attention to players in the play areas, and create a safe environment for players, non-players, and as well as equipment
2. Keep the play areas and equipment neat & clean for players
3. Represent the company in a professional manner
4. Handle other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management
5. Handle customers at the arcade and help in managing the arcade as well
6. Help customers with reservations and bookings and also help them while they are playing the games
Note:
1. This job is at our premium VR gaming arcade at RCity mall
2. Candidates staying near R City Mall, Ghatkopar area will be preferred
3. Working hours will be 11 am to 8 pm or 1 pm to 9 pm at R City Mall Arcade, Ghatkopar
4. This will be a 6-day-a-week job where weekly off will be any day between Monday to Friday
5. Weekends and public holidays will be compulsory workdays
