About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Take end-to-end responsibility for ensuring seamless operations at fulfillment center/warehouse/dark store(e-commerce operations)
2. Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
3. Help the vendor on how to do the operations (further guidance to be given)
4. Work on maintaining reports of the warehouse (the reports include an inventory of stocks, deadstock, consumption, and manpower)
5. Work on handling escalations at the dark store/warehouse
6. Prepare MIS and work on end to end ecommerce order fulfillment
7. Work on communicating and coordinating with both the client and vendor sides

Have an experience handling eCommerce operations

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
