About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. He/she will be responsible to do counseling of interested customers and suggesting the best Investment plans as per his/her financial requirements
2. He/she will be responsible to convert interested customers into clients through proactively follow-ups and counseling
3. He/she will be responsible to do contributing to the monthly team and individual targets through sharing and implementing best practices and ideas

Other requirements

Candidates with experience in Equity Advisory, Mutual Fund and Insurance Sales will be preferred.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 45,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
