Weavr Growth Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Learning to use the Weavr platform and help customers with initial setup
2. Working on online events set-up, promotion, and ongoing support
3. Working on the graphic design of banners, headers, posts, etc.
4. Working on basic video editing
5. Working on operational activities related to growing an expert network

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders with often detailed and extended timelines
2. While not required, experience working in a remote environment is strongly preferred
3. As our team is divided across multiple time zones and countries, we are looking for a proactive individual who is able to thrive in an async, yet collaborative, work environment
4. A high level of attention to detail is a must for this role - you will carry out a large number of tasks that have detailed or precise requirements, making this a role best suited to someone who is highly attentive to small details.
5. Proficiency in a graphic design tool that can be used to create professional graphics such as banners, headers, posts, etc.
6. Canva is a minimum, however, experience with a more specialized graphic design tool is preferred
7. Experience with basic video editing, or a willingness to learn in a self-led manner
8. Familiarity with social and creator platforms such as Linkedin, Youtube Studio, and Twitter is a plus
9. Smart freshers
