CEEW seeks to hire a Website Manager who has a passion for creating the highest quality user experiences. She must specialize in web development and design tools. The individual should be proficient in website analytics and SEO and have excellent project management skills. The role would be crucial in expanding CEEW s digital-first approach to showcase its vast range of research and communications pieces to an array of stakeholders, comprising government, industry, civil society, media, and the public at large. The candidate will get exposure to the inner workings of one of India s leading think tanks and will have the opportunity to understand the stakeholders that play a key role in the energy and environment space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary contact for all aspects of the CEEW websites and dashboards
2. Day-to-day content management of CEEW s primary website and other CEEW project portals via Drupal CMS
3. Work closely with an agency to identify, analyze and solve Drupal CMS challenges
4. Find gaps in content management processes and help improve and modernize them.
5. Create processes to improve the efficiency of content management
6. Work closely with an agency for the day-to-day management of SEO tasks
7. Closely monitor the functionality of the website and improve functions through AB testing
8. Improve the current UI/UX design of CEEW s primary website and other project portals
9. Analyse and interpret website data; identify opportunities to improve SEO, time spent on site, web traffic, and other relevant quality metrics
10. Work closely with an agency to revamp the CEEW website
11. Work closely with research teams in the ideation and development of data visualizations, web-based tools, and dashboards
12. Develop and design high-quality content pieces for the website
13. Simplify technical information for internal team members and stakeholders while collaborating with them
14. Ensure budgets and vendor invoices are generated and approved and processed in time
