Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution
2. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. and ensure that they are followed
3. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure that all requirements are met.
4. Manage project budgets and timelines, and report progress to senior management
5. Identify and manage project risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
6. Ensure that all projects are delivered to a high standard of quality and excellence

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 200000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50000 /year
