About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing designs (Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop) into fully optimized WordPress websites (speed, design, and accessibility)
2. Creating and coordinating the technical scope of work, brainstorming ideas, and delivering on project timelines
3. Debugging any issues with regards to all websites
4. Setting up, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining website domains through the hosting provider
5. Communicating technical issues to team members in plain English to resolve project requirements
6. Setting up & managing email automation, analytics & tracking (training provided in case you're not familiar)

Only some experienced candidates preferred

Understanding of WordPress

Medium knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (React represents an advantage)

Good understanding of GitHub, both the UI options and commands

Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) (communication language within the team is English)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
