Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and providing maintenance support for WordPress sites
2. Developing custom themes and custom page/post layouts
3. Integrating and setting up plugins like WPML, WooCommerce, BuddyPress, membership, ticketing, etc.
4. Optimizing page speed of WordPress sites
5. Implementing SEO best practices in WordPress sites
6. Producing high-quality work with a strong focus on detail

Other requirements

Strong knowledge of WordPress platform

Expertise in theme customization and developing themes from scratch

Expertise in WP plugin integration (WooCommerce, WPML, membership plugins, etc.)

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Proficiency in PHP/MySQL and AJAX

Ability to work in the LAMP development environment

Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time

Minimum experience of 1 year in WordPress development

Experience with ReactJS/AngularJS (preferred)

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
