We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. An understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment, with some back-end knowledge, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and implementing new features and functionality for WordPress websites.
2. Establishing and guiding the website's architecture to ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
3. Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
4. Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
5. Creating custom WordPress themes and plugins based on specific project requirements.
6. Collaborating with the design team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
7. Implementing best SEO practices for WordPress websites.
8. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
9. Troubleshooting, debugging, and updating WordPress websites as necessary.
10. Optimizing websites for speed and performance, with a focus on improving the Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and other Core Web Vitals.
11. Collaborating with other developers, designers, and project managers to deliver quality solutions on time.
12. Staying up to date with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
