Zonal Planner - Sales Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze gaps and potential of business activities for different area offices
2. Monitor implementation of actions planned and follow up for new initiatives
3. Support NSMs on forecasting demands and coordinate with respective AO teams for planning the numbers
4. Set and deploy targets for the zone
5. Facilitate means planning and deployment
6. Forecast industry and retail trends in order to achieve market share goals
7. Track and analyze progress of the targets and means deployed
8. Establish periodic review cadence at the zonal level
9. Conduct periodic PDCA on target image adequacy (target + means)
10. Capture and horizontally deploy best practices across the zone
11. Diagnose and generate insights on chronic non-achievement areas
12. Anticipate results and initiate actions for mitigation
13. Collect and analyze periodic information on external factors (completion, growth drivers, industry, etc.)
14. Identify gaps in dealer sales processes and propose solutions to close them
15. Improve the lead time for customer complaint closures
