About the job

The role involves making inbound and outbound calls to international leads for our eco-friendly products. You will be responsible for understanding our offerings thoroughly and articulating them effectively to potential clients. This position focuses on B2B calling, where you will engage with businesses to introduce and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to international B2B leads.
2. Clearly and effectively communicate the value propositions of our products to potential clients.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to answer inquiries and overcome objections.
4. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
6. Meet or exceed call targets and sales goals.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating leads.
