About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure confidence while selling to C-Level executives.
2. Identify qualified prospects and effectively present the key features and benefits of our projects and secure their participation as delegates.
3. Work on lead and market research for respective events.
4. Be able to reach decision makers over the phone.
5. Generate maximum revenue on any given event.
6. Utilize and demonstrate good negotiation skills.
7. Initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with new clients under minimal supervision.
8. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
9. Meet or exceed personal targets.
10. Meet or exceed call time rate.
11. Work with the conference producer and marketing manager for optimum sales technique and marketing focus.
12. Build client relations for future business.
13. Handle internal work closely with various departments.
14. Handle external industry associations, media, ministries, NGOs, and corporates (for sponsorship).
