FIELD MARKETING OFFICER Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of field marketing executives and ensure execution of activities.
2. Gather market insights and feedback from the field.
3. Ensure the implementation of marketing strategies at the ground level.
4. Build relationships with commission partners e.g. para vet, referral customers, VLE etc. and ensure they are reaching targets and maximise commissions.
5. Work with internal teams: Chaupal team for successful execution of chaupals.
6. Program team to understand and execute commission models as per company policy .

KPIs:

a. Number of successfully executed events and promotions.
b. Quality and impact of field marketing activities.
c. Collection of actionable market insights.
d. Sales from commission partners associated with them.
