Key responsibilities:

1. Inbound calling: Handle inbound calls and provide information about Unacademy' s products and services.
2. Lead conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
3. Product knowledge: Stay updated on Unacademy' s offerings and industry trends.
4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Feedback: Share market insights and trends with the sales team.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve overall performance.
7. Training: Participate in regular training sessions to continually enhance sales skills.
8. Customer interaction: Engage with potential customers, answer their questions, and guide them through the sales process.
9. Achieve targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales conversion targets.
10. CRM management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
