Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and explore potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
2. Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to generate interest in consulting services.
3. Assist in scheduling and attending meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pitch relevant consulting solutions.
4. Work closely with senior consultants and the business development team to prepare tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
5. Maintain continuous engagement with potential clients through follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth.
7. Update and maintain the company's CRM system with accurate client data, interactions, and deal status.
8. Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and approaches.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.

4. A strong interest in business management, organizational strategy, and consulting practices.

5. Ability to conduct thorough market research and identify potential business opportunities.

6. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced consulting environment.

7. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior consultants.

8. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
