We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual aesthetic and the ability to communicate ideas effectively through design. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create visually engaging content that enhances our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and design graphics for a variety of media, including digital, print, social media, and marketing materials.
2) Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish.
3) Create and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
4) Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
5)Stay updated on industry trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.
6) Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
2) Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
3) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4) Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
5) Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
1) Experience with web design, animation, or video editing.
2) Knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
3) Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
