1. Experience: 0-2 years as inbound or outbound SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS (UK/US market would be a big plus).
2. Language: Fluent in English (written, spoken).

4. Persistence: Sales reps get kicked in the teeth on a daily basis; diligence & persistence are common traits that we expect you to have to do well in this role.
5. Be a Jack-of-all-trades: Our growth journey has just begun, we are looking to recruit a person to build not only our pipeline, but also develop the best possible process and buying journey for our customers. Should get hands dirty with demos and customer trials.
6. Attention to detail: While we are still in the scrappy-is-good stage as a company, we believe in attention to detail and perfection when it comes to anything the customer is facing (marketing material, written communication, etc.).
7. Interested in everything that is automotive.
