We are looking for full stack javascript developer to develop intelligent recruiting software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to continuous innovation by helping build new product capabilities
2. Help create algorithms & automations for various use cases in recruiting
3. Strengthen and scale backend engines for as search, analytics, reporting, caching, etc
4. Improve performance & user experience of backend and front end systems
5. Optimise design & code for performance & scalability
6. Write reusable & maintainable code
7. Work closely with Product Manager & rest of the tech team
8. Respond quickly to customer service issues
9. Hands on with deployment & AWS
10. Be available for live issues and contribute to maintaining application uptime
1. Must have projects/experience in MERN stack
2. Must be actively solving DSA questions in C/C++
3. Proficient in Node.js or any modern backend stack
4. Proficient in ReactJS framework
5. Comfort level with few technologies of a modern stack such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS, etc
6. Strength in problem solving using C/C++
