We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 'Junior U.S. Recruiter' to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. Key tesponsibilities:
1. Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
4. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
6. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
7. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
8. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
9. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
2. Previous internship or experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
