Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospects and pitch company products/services.
2. Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries and complaints.
3. Maintain a database of leads and update records in MS Office.
4. Follow up with potential clients to close sales and achieve targets.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
